The intervention proposed aims at improving the working conditions of all functions operating in the Veneto companies. This intervention is implemented by supporting and improving the ability of Veneto SME staff to implement strategies of alliance, aggregation, acquisition, merger, joint venture etc.
The new competences and attitudes acquired by the company`s staff can
be summarized as follows:
- as far as the people involved are concerned (entrepreneurs, managers,
technicians, workers), at the end of the activities they will have acquired
skills, logical schemes of intervention and approaches enabling them to
react positively to the development of organizations and human resources
in companies involved in expansion processes, the management of alliances
and acquisitions; the support given to internationalization and delocalization
processes, the functional development;
- for their part, the systems involved, i.e. the SMEs, will realize that
their ability to stay on the market has been adapted and improved in order
to face international competition.
